  • Pre-orders will be fulfilled based on the estimated release date posted on the product page.

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders.

  • All orders are processed and shipped via CJdropshipping.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location, volume, and customs delays.

🚚 Delays & Customs

  • Once shipped, your order is handled by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). We are not responsible for external shipping delays.

  • In rare cases, customs clearance for inbound inventory may delay fulfillment. You will be notified if your order is affected.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.

❌ Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • For added protection, you may use Route Package Protection if offered at checkout.
