At Eleven Encore, we’re committed to customer satisfaction while operating transparently as a dropshipping-based brand. Please review the following policy before initiating a return or refund request.
✅ Eligibility for Return or Refund
We only accept return or refund requests for the following reasons:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Your item is missing from the shipment

Your order was lost in transit
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Supporting evidence (e.g., photos or video) is required for all damaged or incorrect items.
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Wrong size, unless the sizing chart was clearly incorrect

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Items returned without approval

Orders submitted more than 30 days ago
🔁 Return Approval Process
To request a return, please email support@elevenencore.com and include:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

A description of the problem
Our support team will coordinate with our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping) to review and approve your case. Do not return items to our business address; all return instructions will be provided upon approval.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit

If your return is approved, you will receive either a refund to your original payment method or store credit, based on the issue and fulfillment policy.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once CJdropshipping confirms the issue.

Store credit will be provided as a digital code and does not expire.
🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you must ship the item using a trackable service and share tracking info.
📦 Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are eligible for return under the same conditions listed above. If a pre-order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be provided.
