At Eleven Encore, we’re committed to customer satisfaction while operating transparently as a dropshipping-based brand. Please review the following policy before initiating a return or refund request.


Eligibility for Return or Refund

We only accept return or refund requests for the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • Your item is missing from the shipment

  • Your order was lost in transit

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Supporting evidence (e.g., photos or video) is required for all damaged or incorrect items.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Wrong size, unless the sizing chart was clearly incorrect

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Items returned without approval

  • Orders submitted more than 30 days ago


🔁 Return Approval Process

To request a return, please email support@elevenencore.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A description of the problem

Our support team will coordinate with our fulfillment partner (CJdropshipping) to review and approve your case. Do not return items to our business address; all return instructions will be provided upon approval.


💳 Refunds & Store Credit

  • If your return is approved, you will receive either a refund to your original payment method or store credit, based on the issue and fulfillment policy.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once CJdropshipping confirms the issue.

  • Store credit will be provided as a digital code and does not expire.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, you must ship the item using a trackable service and share tracking info.


📦 Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are eligible for return under the same conditions listed above. If a pre-order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be provided.
